I bought this suite for my laptop and it worked okay. But I bought a replacement laptop and installed CyberScrub Suite on it through a link provided by its tech support. After the installation, it wouldn't work and, instead, kept giving an error message. I contacted the tech support and they took remote control over my laptop to fix the problem but they couldn't figure it out. They said to give them a couple of days. It has been two weeks and several emails from me to try and get a response and refund for the remaining 200 plus days left on my subscription. The program still will not work. The tech support will not reply to my emails and have not issued a refund. I suggest looking for another program to anyone thinking about buying this one.
Hello, have installed Cybersrub 5.1......however, does not delete the History in Google Chrome and Mozilla 3.5 web browsers. Have asked for assistance several times, they do reply after time giving me useless advice and tips. Does this software delete history in these web browsers? Even going in their prompts page, I click on the Google Chrome browser too delete the history, a window pops up that it can't find this web browser (google chrome ) application.
Am currently using Window 7....any suggestions?.thanks!
